Buying camcorder need help ?

i need to buy i camcorder thats good quality like a nice picture and i can only spend $200 and it has to be comfortable like im useing it to film a skatevideo so i need to be able to hold it the right way from above down low to the ground im planing on puting a fisheye on it so i need to be able to change the lens i need one of those little screen that come out of the side thats about all thnaks for the help everyone.
