How would i prepare the fruit for a crumble use both fresh and frozen?

I'd certainly suggest cooking the apples a bit (don't chop (they'll disintegrate), just slice maybe about 1/4-1/2" thick), if you just add them into the baking pan with the blueberries you'll either have half-cooked apples or decimated blueberries. Just par-cook the apples (til starting to soften) then add them and frozen blueberries with a bit of flour (for thickening- about 1 tbs) into your baking pan,top with crumble and bake.
