Im moving how do i make my small room look better and more preteen ish?

i cant use paint, and i dont know where to get some cheap poster. btw dont hate me i like justin bieber..so if you can hel me out there...where to get posters that is! and i want my clothing style to be less kiddish how do i do that thanks soooo much!
