Is this fair of my mom to do? Or am I just being a brat?

When I was little (like 6-8) i would ALWAYS say my stomach hurt so I could stay home from school. Even though I had a bunch of friends and I liked my school, for some reason I didn't wanna go. I would ALWAYS "have a stomachache". As I got older, my patents never believed me when I said I was sick, or especially had a stomach ache. I would have to go to school and throw up AT SCHOOL to be able to go home. Because they didn't believe me when I said I was sick but hadn't gotten sick yet. Now, I'm 14 and I have GERD (gastro esophogial reflux disease) and I have a diseased gallbladder which I'll need surgery for in the coming months. I think it's God's way of getting back at me for always faking stomach problems when I didn't have any. Cause now, I don't even remember what it's like to wake up and not have a stomach ache. Like REALLLY bad ones. I think your parents are going to e just like mine, and there's nothing to do about it. Like your mom will only believe you if she sees you have fever/puking/diarrhea. Just make it through church tonight and if you're still sick tomorrow and saturday then she probably won't make you go on sunday. :( merry Xmas! She is just being a mom. Mine was like that too, until I actually got diagnosed with medical proof that I have these stomach issues.
