Does anyone have any ideas for carrying medicine on nights out?

I suffer from Anaphylaxis and Asthma and always carry my inhalers and adrenaline injector with me at all times however they are bulky and do not fit in pockets of clothes easily and after being thrown out of a club for "possesion of drugs" i wonder is there any thing i can carry to stop being hled by club bouncers?
