Could this finally be the month?

ok, I am really anxious wanting to know whether i could be pregnant or not! im 9 dpo, i've had some brown spotting, ive now got a runny nose and i've had twinges in my right hip area and twinging in my abdomen! not due for my period for another 5-6 days! i cant wait! what do you reckon my chances are?
