What does it mean concerning my browser?

I get messages to update my browser and when I do it says my pc is not supported. I get a similar message when I tried to log into Club Pogo and to go to some other sites. A message says such and such is not supported by your browser. But when I try to upgrade to a newer browser I get the same message.
