When even Yahoo! Personals dont work?

I'm a 5'0 short guy, not attractive, but am very kind and nice. I searched everywhere... clubs, parties, malls, dating internet sites... but i cannot find the girl who will love me... i just want to have someone to hug and kiss at night, and not even looking for something more than that... :(
