Any ideas on starting a medical transcription business?

Hi, on the website given there is also a medical transcription pre-feasibility report. you can find most things about seting up one, but there isnt much info on how to get orders and such I think. well.....with that said. could you get me a job? i dont have any experience or training but I could like train on the job you know, any way if you cant get me one. could you give me one when you start? :-)
