Could I dampen rabbits' fur with a wet wash cloth when it gets really hot or would that make them catch a cold?

I mean when it gets to be like 80-95 degrees. I know to put bottles of frozen water in their hutch to help them cool down. But could dampening their fur help? I know with my rats all I have to do is give them a pan of water and they cool themselves off. It's a bit more complicated with the rabbits. And I tend to worry a lot D:
