Jarryd Hayne's future?

I was wondering is Hayne allowed to changer back to the Australian Side? Because he has played for Fiji and Australia. Australia once and Fiji 4 times. Is he allowed to switch back? If he was would you put him in your starting lineup because for some reason he got overlooked for the side last year.
