My car feels sluggish, please advise?

Authorize one of the techs to take the car home, preferably one who lives some distance away and you drive the rental. Dont feel stupid going back, you paid alot of money for that car and it's totally under warranty. If they are not going to help you, go to the general manager of the dealer and insist on getting a new car.
