Sup, my parents dont let me do anything, what should i do to improve my condition.?

when i say do anything, i mean leave the house. i am a decent person who never got the chance to do anything bad, so therefore im not a bad kid. i occionally argue, asking them to let me hav a few friends over or go to their homes, but no, my parents tell me to watch tv or go on the computer. what should i do to improve my current situation?
