What to do for a sweet 16 on a very low budget?

Im turning 16 March 1st and Ive decided that its time to plan something to do for my 16th. I want friends and family there, keep in mind i have a huge family. Im on a budget so no halls or Dj's. I live in michigan so no beach partys or anything outdoors. Im just stuck and don't know what i want to do. Any suggestions are helpfull.
