What am I doing wrong with this gelatin? Getting frustrated...?

are u boiling the hot waterand making sure that u add the right amout of stuff that is needed for the gelatin? some times you have to make sure that you concentrate real hard on what your doing when making stuff like that it can mess up mighty quick.
