24 weeks pregnant and alot of pressure, help.?

Hi im 24 weeks almost 25 and im having ALOT of pressure and discomfort in the pelvic/l area. its painfull at times it feels like the baby is "grinding" bone on bone against me. i sneeze or cough and it feels like shes trying to come out kind of pressure down there. i feel like i have to poop and pee at the same time (sorry for the tmi) and small twinges come and go. and for the last week i have been having alot of discharge its "normal" with smell and consistancy but theres alot more then usual. can anyone help with this or have had similar things? please help.
